🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all locations in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

• Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to courier disruptions.

💳 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

• Flat ₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹499

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹60 additional fee (where available)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email/SMS. You can monitor your shipment in real-time.

📬 Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will make up to 3 attempts before returning the product to our warehouse.

❌ Undelivered / Returned Orders

If a prepaid order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we’ll re-ship it once after confirmation. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.

🧴 Damaged or Missing Items?

Please contact us at support@auralyn.in within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof for quick resolution.

🔁 Cancellations or Changes

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once dispatched, they cannot be changed.
